‘Guyanese Critic’ vs ‘Doggie’ fight confirmed by GBBC

Elton Dharry and Tanzanian boxer, Salmin Kassim will headline the February 15 Fight Night boxing card that will also feature the social media mega-fight between Bradley ‘Doggie’ Sampson and Michael ‘Guyanese Critic’ Rodrigues at the New Pegasus Suites.

At the official press conference for the event, President of the Guyana Boxing Board of Control, Peter Abdool shared that he expects and “excellent” night of boxing with the unprecedented fact of it being the first male world title fight on Guyanese shores.

Meanwhile CEO of Pegasus Suits, Robert Badal indicated that he was “pleased” to partner with the GBBC for the hosting of the February 15 Fight Night card and highlighted the possibility of future partnerships with the board for more international boxing events.

Additionally, it was also revealed by marketing wizard, Aleem Hussain that the ‘Guyanese Crictic’ versus ‘Doggie’ fight is indeed happening with both men having already signed their contracts.

According to Hussain, Rodrigues predicted that the fight will not move past the first round while Sampson who was present at the press conference noted that the fight will end via knockout in round two of three-round bout.
