Twenty eight year old Denzel Jordan, a former employee of a West Coast Berbice commercial bank and resident of #8 Village also in West Berbice is carving out a niche in the market for high quality personalized gift items.

Personalized items are those that bears a person’s name, initials, pictures or monogram. These items are ideal for birthdays, anniversary celebrations, reunions, funerals, valentine, mother’s day, father’s day, Christmas and more.

In an interview recently, Jordan however told BIG SMITH News WATCH that he admires personalized gifts as they are “remembered forever.”

He said: “Personalized gifts are thoughtful gifts, they manifest true emotions, adding a personal touch. When someone sends such a gift, it creates a positive environment conveys the appreciation to the recipients and enhances the relationship.

The customized services offered at Jordan’s Fashions includes names, organization logos, personal pictures on T-shirts, on  tea mugs, key chains, on puzzles, and pin buttons.

He disclosed that he taught himself the processes involved in producing customized items. “I had nowhere to source  this training so I taught myself.” He added: “It wasn’t easy.”

He recalled in the early days, importing expensive equipment to produce customized items only to find that  the equipment would not work.

“I couldn’t use them to  generate the income that I  thought I could have gotten from them. A lot of my money went down the drain. That was not something easy  to recover from. It   wasn’t an easy road to getting up to where I am today. Now, production  of customized items has become so  simple and straightforward I can do it  to produce top quality items, with my eyes closed,” Jordan said.

“Customers come in, they say what they want and I provide the product. The possibilities are limitless I recently did a key ring for a young guy who wanted to propose to his fiancée. On one side of the key ring  was the picture of himself and the lady and on the other side the words: Will you marry me?” he noted.

Jordan told BIG SMITH News WATCH  that  entrepreneurship can be challenging.

“Once you remain focused and keep pushing one good day you will be successful,” the entrepreneur said.

Denzel, a former President College Student, said he was motivated to get into business by his late older brother Rawle Jordan. He has been doing this business for the past four years

On the way forward, Jordan disclosed that “apart from my clothing and other boutique, I am aiming to give a full-fledged high-quality service when it comes to customizing of items.”

Jordan’s Fashion (Touch of Klass) is located at Lot 240 # 8 Village West Coast Berbice. In-stock are women’s clothing – dresses, tops, jumpsuits; baby clothes – New born – 2T, T-Shirts – male & female; swimsuits; hair and skin care products; bath & body Works Set ed sheets and bath towels etc!

Additionally, these products can be ordered by persons in Georgetown and its environs via his business partner UNI Inc on North Road Bourda.

Customers can send payments directly to his bank account details of which he would provide on request. Denzel can also be contacted on cell phone number 674 7602 which has the MMG + app, ; on Facebook Jordan’s Fashion 24 and email denzelj_93@yahoo.com.
