                                                                        Murdered: Anita Mohan

Throughout the trial, Kevin Mohan will be represented by Attorney-at-law Damien Da Silva, while the case for the State will be presented by Prosecutors Lisa Cave and Muntaz Ali. Eleven witnesses will be testifying on behalf of the prosecution.

According to reports, Anita Mohan, 48, was found lying in a pool of blood on the lower flat of her home located at Lot 315 Cummings Lodge. It was reported that the woman was struck to the head with a rolling pin and stabbed. An autopsy gave her cause of death as multiple injuries.
