Chase stays resolute in educating young sports men and women.

The Chase Academic Foundation in Guyana has become a beacon of hope for young sportsmen and women who aspire to achieve greatness both on the field and in the classroom. Though it began as a football institution, over the years, it has evolved into a center that offers quality education to sportsmen and women through scholarships and the opportunity to nurture academically.
The school was established in 2013 by Henry Chase, who wanted to create an avenue for young people to excel in sports and academics. The initial focus was on football, and the foundation quickly became known for its football academy, which produced several talented players who have gone on to represent Guyana at the international level. However, Chase realized that there was more to be done than just developing football talent. He recognized that many young sportsmen and women in Guyana faced significant barriers to accessing quality education, and he wanted to create a program that would provide them with the support they needed to succeed.
Today, the foundation offers scholarships to talented young athletes who shows promise in their respective sports. The scholarship covers tuition, books, and other related expenses, allowing them to focus on their studies without worrying about the financial burden. The Foundation’s support goes beyond just financial assistance. They prepare young men and women for the world of work by having well qualified teachers to tutor the young men and women to be great role models. in society.
More than just a football institution, Chase is known as the “MECCA’’ of school football in Guyana.
Chase Academy had previously made records in leagues such as Petra’s Milo Under-18, which, after coming out victorious for 4 years, saw defeat last week.
