The police are looking for a man who raped his 11 year old stepdaughter.

After the child was raped, she told her teacher at a private school about the incident and that teacher reported it to the head teacher and a social worker was called in.

However surprisingly, the teacher, the social worker nor the mother of the child, called in the police.

It was after the child met her father that she told him what took place and he contacted the police.
