According to the particulars of the offence, on November 12, 2020 at GRA headquarters on Camp Street, Georgetown, Atlantic Fuels caused to be made and subscribed a false declaration contrary to the Customs Act.

A representative of the fuel company has already been summoned to appear in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts on January 04, 2021 to answer to the complaint made by Commissioner-General of GRA Godfrey Statia.
