A large number of persons have gathered at the Guyana National Stadium for the second day of the Ministry of Housing–Central Housing and Planning Authority’s (CH&PA) Dream Realised Housing Drive, being held as part of International Building Expo 2026.

Landowners from Leonora, Region Three, and Good Hope, Region Four, are collecting their Certificates of Title, bringing them a step closer to full homeownership.

Minister of Housing and Water, Collin Croal, along with technical officers from the Ministry, is on site overseeing and facilitating the distribution process.

The strong turnout follows yesterday’s exercise, during which more than 350 persons uplifted their Certificates of Title for properties located in Laurentia, Catherina and Vriesland, Region Three.

Persons from those communities who were unable to collect their documents on Friday have been encouraged to visit the Dream Realised Housing Drive to receive their titles.

The event runs from June 26-28, while the International Building Expo runs from June 25-28.
