Murder Suspect Arrested in Region Seven
April 29 2025– A 19-year-old murder suspect was arrested on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, by members of Guyana Police Force.
Carlton Antwan Sampson, a gold miner from Yarrowkabra Circuit Ville along the Soesdyke-Linden Highway, was taken into custody at approximately 12:45 p.m. at the Two-Sisters apartment in Puruni Landing, Cuyuni.
Sampson had been wanted in connection with the murder of Aubrey Richardson, which took place on September 5, 2024, at Yarrowkabra.
He is currently being held at the Bartica Police Station as investigations continue.
