October 8 2024 – Keith Jeffrey, also known as “Pugga,” a 58-year-old labourer from Enmore Seadam, has been charged with the murder of Theodore Baynes.

The incident occurred on September 30, 2024, in Haslington North, East Coast Demerara.

Jeffrey  appeared before Magistrate Sunil Scarce at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court on Monday, October 7, 2024.
