The Guyana Police Force (GPF) has announced that on December 22 – to 24, intersections along Regent Street will be controlled by Traffic ranks.

In an effort to maximize a smoother flow of traffic during the heightened Christmas shopping, vehicles will only be permitted to proceed west from 6am to midnight.

According to a statement issued by the GPF, should the need arise, further adjustments will be made.

All categories of Road users are advice to adhere to directions given by Traffic Ranks and to observe all Traffic Rules and Regulations.
