In a thrilling clash between two table-topping teams, the Western Tigers emerged victorious over Police FC in a game that showcased exceptional talent.

With the aptitudes of players like Curtez Kellman, Adrian Aaron, Ronaldo Dover and Cecil jackman this game was billed to be exceptional.

Both teams possess perfect records so far in the Elite League came together to give spectators a legendary performance.

It was the Western Tigers who dominated the early on the game with piercing runs from the middle of the park to the attacking third, but it was Marcus Wilson who many can adjudged as the man of the match after keeping the leagues’ top goal scorer Nicholas McArthur silenced throughout the game.

As the first half went on just over the thirty-minute mark, the Police FC began to show their brand of football, by creating a handful of chances and fired blanks Infront of the goal.

The breakthrough would then come from a foul committed by wing-back Sherwin Skeete on Raushan Ritch in what could be described as a wonderful play from the western unit in the 63rd minute.

Curtez Kellman would then step up and score the penultimate goal that would separate the two teams.

Police would then continue to create more chances in the second half, but good defense and discipline from Calvin Allen’s led charge would hold on to there one goal lead and take the initial three points that was up for grabs and remained second on the table and level with Leader Guyana Defence Force as the front Runners of the KFC Elite League.
