Contractors are already on the ground putting systems in place under the watchful eyes of Permanent Secretaries of the Ministries of Home Affairs and Education, Senior Police Officers including Clifton Hicken, Calvin Brutus and Simon McBean.

A number of police ranks are also on the ground assisting with the process from the sorting of stationary to assembling chairs for the offices.
