The among of energy being placed in this Calvin Brutus matter is interesting and at the same time raises many questions.

“What Brutus did and who did he pi$$ off?” are among the many questions people are asking in some circles.

The Brutus probe is being lead by SOCU, well at least that is what should be happening.

Yet we see the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Legal Affairs taking the lead on this matter making bold statements and pronouncing on the way forward for the probe and the expected judical outcomes.

Why is SOCU not speaking on these matters, is this a government investigation or a criminal investigation?

This level of interest is UNHEARD OF.

Brickdam Station Fire, Mahdia Dorm Fire and the cash Grant Pink slips which were issued but no money received, the Murder of Courtney Crum-Ewing, the Paper Shorts murder, a local probe into the role Roger Khan played in Guyana before he was extradited to the United States would be nice areas to put the same amount of energy and interest that we see the Ministry of Home Affairs and Legal Affairs is putting into this Brutus Investigation.

Sources are claiming that SOCU, Home Affairs and Legal Affairs are uneasy because notwithstanding all the negative press and charges against Brutus and his family, that their United States VISAs are still active.

The move to have Brutus Bail removed is believe to be an attempt by SOCU and its handlers to prevent Brutus from moving around freely as there is a view that he has been taking with the FBI and US State Department operatives.
