St. Benedict’s talisman, Jeremiah Niles, once again proved his proficiency in front of the goal, securing a remarkable win.

His amazing finishing was on full display at the Ministry of Education Ground on Carifesta Avenue Georgetown, yesterday, with goals coming in the 10th, 17th, and 53rd minutes of the game.

His ability to find the back of the net not only contributed to the team’s commanding victory but also solidified his status as a key player for his team.

St. Benedict’s showcased their depth and versatility as Keanu Morean, Malachi Webb, and Nesean Alexander also added their names to the scoresheet.

The team’s varied scoring contributors highlight their offensive prowess and make them a formidable force in the KFC Goodwill Tournament.

For the majority of the game, the Trinidad unit dominated both possession and play, controlling the tempo with ease.

St. Benedict’s demonstrated their ability to calmly navigate and neutralize any attempts by DC Caesar Fox to spark a comeback.

The team’s solid defensive performance translated into clear-cut chances on the offensive end, showcasing a well-rounded and disciplined approach.

Facing consecutive defeats in the tournament, the DC Caesar Fox Secondary team now faces the daunting task of regrouping and salvaging points in their upcoming matches.

While the defeat against St. Benedict’s was a setback, the team will need to analyze and address their weaknesses to mount a strong comeback in the KFC Goodwill Tournament.
