Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police Brian Joseph dies

Retired Assistant Commissioner Brian Joseph died on Friday evening just around 23:00hrs at the St Joseph Mercy Hospital in Georgetown.

A close source to the family explained that Joseph had been hospitalized for the past week, and on Friday, his fading health took a turn for the worse.

Brian Joseph joined the Guyana Police Force in 1982. From then to the time of his retirement in 2017, he served in many capacities within the organization, including Divisional Commander.

The Management and Staff of BIG Smith News Watch wish to extend condolences to the family, relatives and friends of the late Assistant Commissioner of Police Brian Joseph.
