Meet Constable 25914 Emily Bookram, a trained educator and computer scientist.

She has emerged as a trailblazer, making an unforgettable impression on her academic institution. Emily Bookram, the class of 2022’s best graduating student, in Computer Science, at the Government Technical Institute.
Her persistent dedication to greatness and thirst for knowledge catapulted her to the top of her class and encouraged numerous others to follow in her footsteps.
Her name stands out amid a crowd of outstanding achievers as the embodiment of devotion, intelligence, and tenacity.
Bookram is also a trained teacher from the Cyril Potter College of Education, there she gained an Associate’s Degree in Education (Primary) 2022 and pass with credit.
Even though she has a passion for children her calling was that of service to her country. On March 16, 2022, she embarked on her new journey in the Guyana Police Force. After her initial training she was posted to the Central Immigrations and Passport Office.
Bookram has continued to build her repertoire to enhance her capabilities on the job. She has completed a Special Training Program in Foreign Languages (Portuguese) – University of Guyana Human trafficking, and Imposter and fraudulent documents detection course – US Embassy
Emily Bookram is a prime example of the new heights of where the Force is heading where all ranks will be academically inclined.
