CARICOM’s Chairman and TT PM Rowley hospitalised

Trinidad and Tobago’s Prime Minister and Chairman of CARICOM Dr Keith Rowley is being treated for what is suspected to be a “cardiac issue” the media out of the neighbouring twin island are reporting. Rowley has been admitted to the West Shore Medical Hospital around 17:00hrs one media report has since said.

The government of Trinidad and Tobago is yet to confirm the full details of Prime Minister Rowley’s hospitalisation. His twitter account however said that he is expected to host a media conference on Saturday.
