Agri Minister takes community issues head-on in Berbice

Minister of Agriculture Zulfikar Mustapha joined Vice President Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo’s ministerial outreach in Region Six (East Berbice-Corentyne) on Friday, engaging residents on a range of issues affecting their communities.
During the outreach, Minister Mustapha met with farmers, residents, and other stakeholders to discuss concerns relating to agriculture and rural development.
He also provided updates on ongoing and planned government initiatives aimed at improving livelihoods, strengthening agricultural productivity, and advancing development across the region.
The engagement formed part of the Government’s broader effort to maintain direct contact with citizens and address issues impacting communities throughout Region Six.
