Uitvlugt Construction Worker Remanded on Murder Charge
Shivnanand Henry called ‘Sunny’, a 29-year-old Construction worker of DeGroot Enclyne Uitvlugt, West Coast Demerara was arrested and charged today with the offence of MURDER, contrary to Common Law.
The accused appeared before Her Worship Ms Zamilla Ali-Seepaul at the Leonora Magistrate’s Court where the charged was read to him but he was not required to plea.
The accused was remanded to prison until August-25 for report.
