Seon Cato is a 17-year-old Guyanese footballer who has been making waves in the local sport scene.

He attends Chase’s Academy and plays for the Guyana National Junior Males Football team, where he is  presently participating in the Milo U18 football tournament, which has seen the Chase’s Academy team advancing to the semi-finals.

Although Cato is still in his teen years, he has shown great potential as a midfield maestro, with his technical skills, vision, and creativity on the pitch catching the attention of football scouts and enthusiasts alike.

Cato’s rise to prominence is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and love for the game. From childhood he has been passionate about football, spending countless hours practicing his skills and honing his craft. His natural talent and determination have earned him a spot on several local teams, where he has consistently impressed with his performances on the pitch.

As a young footballer with great potential, it is important that Cato receives the support and protection he needs to continue to develop his skills and reach his full potential. This includes access to quality training, coaching, and facilities, as well as opportunities to compete at higher levels and showcase his talents to a wider audience.

Emphasis has been placed on Cato’s protection from the potential pitfalls and dangers that come with being a young footballer in Guyana.

This includes issues such as exploitation, abuse, and neglect, which can have a devastating impact on a young person’s career and future
