Housing Minister visits Samaroo Dam.
Residents of Samaroo Dam, Pouderoyen, Region Three were engaged by Minister of Housing and Water, Collin D Croal and a senior technical team of the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CHPA), including Director of Community Development Mr. Gladwin Charles.
The Minister visited the community to address issues of the residents yesterday in the presence of their Vice Chairman of the Best/Klien/ Pouderoyen NDC, Mr. Rohan Bheir.
The residents requested a new concrete walkway to be constructed since their current pathway is in a poor state. An engineer attached to CHPA will conduct a follow-up visit with residents to explore possible solutions.
