Thirty persons are now winners from ANSA McAL’s 30th anniversary promotion called The ANSA’s Giving Thanks Mega Promotion, have received prizes at ANSA’s Prize Giving Ceremony held today at the company’s main office at Beterverwagting.

Prizes included a brand new Suzuki Baleno, ABEL Clay Blocks and Penta, Berger or Sissons Paint for 1500 Sq.ft houses, a year’s supply of groceries for five persons, a year’s supply of two cases of beverages for five lucky persons, shopping vouchers worth $30,000, for twelve persons and hampers for five lucky persons.

At a grand commemorative Prize-Giving ceremony themed ANSA’s 30th anniversary, the winners arrived to accept their prizes handed over by ANSA McAL’s Country Head, Ms Beverley Harper, who noted that she is delighted with the results and entries of the competition. Harper added, “I am thrilled that the winners of this promotion are from every county in Guyana, which means that everyone had an opportunity to participate in the promotion, and that was our ultimate goal.”

Thousands of entries were made through a digital platform created for this purpose. Customers were required to upload their receipts for any ANSA McAL product purchase.

Sasha Ferreira,a nurse from the West Coast of Demerara, who won the brand new Suzuki Baleno noted that; “When I saw the promotion, I knew that the new car was mine; I said that is my baby, so I entered the promotion, and I can finally say for sure that it is mine.” Sasha arrived at the Prize-Giving ceremony with her father, who was still amazed at his daughter’s win. The other winners also had captivating stories to share about their wins and were all happy that they entered the promotion.

The Giving Thanks Promotion was a collaborative effort from all the ANSA McAL companies located in Guyana, which included ANSA McAL Trading Ltd, Guyana Breweries Inc, ANSA Motors, ANSA’s Building Solutions, and The ANSA Mini Mart, to highlight the Group of Companies gratitude towards the Guyanese public for their support for 30 years. This was ANSA McAL’s biggest promotion ever to launch.
