29 year old Orin Boston who was shot by a member of the SWAT unit, died as a result of “hemorrhage and shock due to gunshot injuries to the chest.” says the postmortem report. The PM was done on Thursday.

A single warhead was extracted from the businessman’s body.

Boston was shot earlier this week when members of the SWAT unit invaded his Dartmouth home, on the Essequibo Coast.

The Post Mortem results contradicts the police release on the matter, which said Boston was shot in his left arm. Police also claimed that the man was shot during a confrontation, but that too was disputed by the man’s wife, who said he was shot while still in bed.

The Police in a press conference this week said that the shooting death is being investigated by the Office for Professional Responsibility as the SWAT rank who fired the shot has been placed under close arrest.
