As the ‘One Guyana’ Futsal Championship approaches its curtain closing match which will see Sparta and Bent Street vying for the inaugural cup this Saturday at the National Park Tarmac.

Bent Street made it to the finals after a commanding 9-2 victory over California Square, behind Jobe Caesar hat-trick and Adrian Aaron brace while consolation goals from Pernell Schultz, Colin Nelson, Sheldon Holder and Daniel Wilson led the team to the finale.

Sparta worked hard for a 6-4 victory over favorites back circle with goals from talisman Ryan Hackett who’s double was the highlight of the semifinals night and Sheldon Shepherd chipped in with a double for himself, while Jermaine “Panky’’ Junior and Curtez Kellman added their names unto the scoresheet to keep a resurgent Back Circle unit at bay.

This finals are expected to be one of great entertainment and flamboyancy as two teams will want to mark their names in history as the first team to win the inaugural ‘’One Guyana Futsal Championship’’ and also walk away with 2.5 Million dollars cash and prizes.
