Regent Street closed to East-bound traffic from Thursday

Regent Street, will be closed to eastbound Traffic in an effort to maximize a smoother flow of traffic during the heightened Christmas shopping season.

 

Road users are advised to pay attention to Traffic Ranks who will be placed at various points along the roadways and to adhere to directions.

 

According to a statement issued by the Guyana Police Force (GPF), the ‘one-way’ arrangement will take effect from Thursday December 21 -24, 6am to midnight.
