Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan Wednesday sentenced three men to perform 40 hours of community service at Durban Park in Georgetown. This was after they pleaded guilty to breaching the COVID-19 guidelines on different occasions. Those who pleaded guilty to hosting a party are DJ Negus Mcfarlance also known as “Seen Up”, Aubrey Salomon, and Collin Craig.

The Chief Magistrate ordered that the men complete 40 hrs community service at D’Urban Park. Failure to do so, the men will be sent to prison for three weeks.

Also before the same Magistrate was DJ Delon Jennis, Salassie Mcfarlane and Keith Fletcher.

They denied the charge which stated that on February 27, 2021, at Lodge, Georgetown, they attended a party, in breach of the COVID-19 measures. They were released on $5000 bail each after pleading not guilty to the charges. They return to court on March 22, 2021.
