CCAC Compliance Awards Ceremony fast approaching.

The Competition and Consumer Affairs Commission is preparing to host its annual awards ceremony to acknowledge and highlight businesses for their outstanding service to consumers.

 

With the successes from last year’s awards, the CCAC is certain that this has positively impacted businesses and are expecting a larger number of applications and nominations leading up to this year’s ceremony.

 

Awards will be offered in the categories of consumer rights advocate of the year, most compliant auto, electronics, and other industries, best warranty policy, and best consumer experience.

 

The Commission has also included a category for media houses who have contributed to the promotion of the work of the CCAC.

 

Businesses that supply durable goods and services will be qualified to apply, In addition, they should also possess valid business registration, National Insurance, and Guyana Revenue Authority compliance.
