Mrs Ada Robinson of Hadfield Street Georgetown celebrates her 105th birthday today.

In her earlier years, she was married but her husband passed away over 28 years ago. That union produced eight children (4 girls and 4 boys) three of whom are still alive today.
She worked at the Park Hotel on Main Street as a cook.

Aunty Ada is in fairly good health with all five of her senses alive and active.
In earlier interviews done by the Big Smith News Watch, it was established that Aunty Ada is not present for Sunday morning services in church but she is sure to pray and read her bible every day.

The centenarian was also a well-known caterer in her earlier years, and made a name for herself, recognized in the various communities in which she lived for her kind heartedness and service to anyone who needed it.

With over 30 great grandchildren, family members of Robinson noted that she would welcome all of them with open arms and ensure that her family was closely knitted together.
