L-R: The victim of the stabbing and the suspect

An early Friday morning brawl at Pepper Hill Street Mocha has left a man dead and one answering questions of police detectives.

The victim was only identified as Paul while the suspect was identified by his call name ‘swine’.

This publication was informed that the men were both attending a dance in the village of Mocha Arcadia, Providence, East Bank Demerara when they got into an argument.

Sources suggest that in the heat of things, the suspect whipped out a knife and stabbed the now deceased man.

At this time, we are unable to confirm if the victim died on the spot or while seeking medical attention.

BIG Smith News Watch has been told that suspect turned himself over to the police following the stabbing.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
