Former Best Graduating Cop of the Police ‘D’ Division back in 2017, Police Corporal 19076 Kenneth Hope died at his Tucville, Georgetown home on Sunday night from a suspected hearth attack.

He was at home with his girlfriend when he suddenly complained of feeling unwell.

Hope’s girlfriend, Shareen DeFlormant told BIG Smith News Watch last night that Hope had earlier picked her up from home and they went to purchase food.

She explained that while at home they were eating and talking but then hope decided to go and lay down in his room.

According to DeFlormant, she questioned himΒ on if he was ok and he reportedly told her that he was having difficulty breathing and that his skin was hot.

Shortly after that, she observed that Hope’s condition was getting worst so she called out to neighbors but got no response.

DeFlormant said she was forced to leave Hope in his distress position and ran to seek help from persons who were at a nearby shop.

The persons came and found that Hope was still unable to breathe, he subsequently died before an ambulance could have arrived.

Last night, his relatives who were at his home, began securing police uniform and other property of the force which were issued to Hope, the items will be handed over to the Guyana Police Force as is standard when a serving member of the force dies.

Kenneth Hope according to what we were told, had recently recovered from the Coronavirus, we were also informed that he did not take any of the available vaccines.

DeFlormant told BIG Smith News Watch that Hope had been complaining to her that since he recovered from covid, he has been having some difficulty breathing.
