Anil Sancharra and Vinood Gopaul have been “re-charged” with the murders of Joel Henry and Isaiah Henry. On Thursday the police said that the charge was “laid in accordance to common law.” Only Sancharra appeared when the matter was heard via zoom at Fort Wellington Magistrate’s Court the police said in a release.

Gopaul was not present but will be charged on August 10th at Blairmont Magistrate’s Court.

The two were initially charged but those changes were dismissed for among other things the lack of evidence.
