Upper Corentyne Berbice youths accept police job offer

A group of young people writing their examination after applying for a job with the Guyana Police Force.

A number of young people from Upper Corentyne Berbice have showed up to be interviewed and write examinations in order to the join the Guyana Police Force.

The Police Force rolled out a Three-Days recruitment drive in Region 6 which commenced today, Wednesday and will conclude on Friday.

Over the three days, young people are expected to be taken to and from the respective recruitment locations.

Those writing examinations at Springlands this afternoon reflect diversity in gender and ethnicity.

Deputy Commissioner Administration Calvin Brutus will be in Berbice for the three days and would be addressing the successful applicants to the force.

Persons from the Upper Corentyne Berbice area who are interested in joining the Guyana  Police Force can do so by visiting the Springlands Springlands Police Station today before 16:00 hrs.

You are required to walk with your National Identification card and your Birth Certificate.

Tomorrow the recruitment driver will be at Adventure, lower Corentyne Berbice.
