TWO DIE, TWO INJURED AS CAR SLAMS INTO BRIDGE

Two persons are dead following an accident early Monday morning, August 10, 2026 just after 03:45hrs at Eversham Public Road, Corentyne Berbice.
BIG Smith News Watch was able to confirm that one of the dead men is Daniel Singh of Lot 62 Asim Street, Cumberland, Canje, Berbice.
The men were passengers in motorcar PZZ 9131 along with the driver and another man who has been identified as Brandon Suban of 77 Rosignol West Coast Berbice. Suban and the driver were taken for medical attention and up to the time of this report were still being created for serious injuries.
Police sources told BIG Smith News Watch that the car was moving a fast rate when the driver lost control and collided with a bridge rail.
While details are still emerging, this publication was told the men were returning from a wake house.
