In a move to better serve members of the public in a spacious and comfortable environment, the Regional Housing Office, Region Five, will soon be relocated. Works are expected to commence on the new office space within the coming weeks.
On Wednesday, May 3rd, Minister of Housing and Water, Collin Croal along with Permanent Secretary, Mr. Andre Ally toured the new location which is situated in the Guyana Water Inc. Region Five Office, compound.
According to Minister Croal, the relocation will also ensure more comfort for staff of the agency, as they serve members of the public.
This is in addition to them being able to serve a larger volume of persons at any given time.
Currently, the Regional Housing staff operate out of the Region Five, Regional Democratic Council’s compound.
