Motorcyclist killed after negotiating High Street turn

Eon Howard, 48 of Lot 433 Samaroo Street ‘B’ Field Sophia, died this morning after he lost control of his motorcycle while negotiating a turn on High Street Werk-en-Rust in the vicinity of Carnegie School of Home Economics.

The incident occurred at approximately 00:35. Police are contending that based on eye witness reports, Howard was speeding at the time.

When this publication arrived on the scene, the motorcycle CK 7303 was in a nearby trench. We were told that after losing control of the motorcycle, Howard hit his head and was pinned down in the drain by the motorcycle for a short while.

However persons including a destitute who heard the impact, raced to the scene and free Howard from under the motorcycle, pulled him out of the trench and placed him on a bridge.

Howard was pronounced dead by EMTs who arrived at the scene. The body is presently at the memorial Gardens awaiting a post-mortem.
