494 Traffic cases made on Friday

The Guyana Police Force’s Traffic Department has recorded 494 cases, inclusive of 120 matters for speeding and 10 for Driving under the Influence.

According to the Traffic Department, enforcement is complemented by sustained education programs via lectures to schools, drivers, and bar owners, as well as those gathered at entertainment spots across the country.

The sustained effort is aimed at ensuring full compliance with the laws and respect for the road and all category of road users.
