According to eyewitnesses, motor-vehicles PYY 7263 and HC 8812 were heading in two separate directions when a collision occurred causing injuries to the occupants of both vehicles.

We were told that motorcar HC 8812, a yellow taxi, was the errant vehicle in the accident as the driver was speeding and lost control slamming into the vehicle in which the child was.
