Amelia’s Ward – Phase Four Housing Scheme, located in Region Ten, has strategically positioned allottees who are poised to initiate construction within a meticulously planned environment boasting well-established road networks and essential utilities.

The ongoing infrastructure development endeavors encompass the implementation of crucial elements such as 6.11 kilometers of crusher-run surface roads, a project that facilitates seamless accessibility throughout the scheme.

This ambitious undertaking is propelled by a substantial investment of $462 million from the Housing Ministry, with oversight provided by the Projects Department of the agency.

The dedicated efforts are geared towards creating a robust foundation for the housing scheme, ensuring its viability and sustainability for the residents.

In addition to the road network enhancements, the initiative includes the installation of pipe networks.

These networks are designed to guarantee a reliable supply of potable water for more than 400 families.

Notably, a portion of these families has actively engaged in lot identification exercises, signaling their readiness to commence construction as soon as the necessary infrastructure is in place.

As part of the agency’s commitment to fostering holistic and thriving communities, attention is also being directed towards the improvement of Amelia’s Ward-Phase Three.

This involves the construction of durable concrete roads, thereby contributing to the overall enhancement of the living environment and infrastructure within the region.

The agency’s multifaceted approach underscores its dedication to not only providing housing solutions but also creating sustainable and wholesome communities for the benefit of its residents.
